Specific services, pricing, deliverables, and timelines may vary depending on the package or agreement selected by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information required for setup and service delivery.
This may include:
Business name and contact information
Website access
Domain or DNS access
Google Business Profile access
Social media account access
Stripe or payment processor access
Calendar availability
Business hours
Service areas
A2P 10DLC registration information
Brand assets, logos, photos, and written content
Any required approvals for campaigns, workflows, or messaging
Delays in providing requested information may delay setup, launch, or ongoing service delivery.
4. Account Access and Authorization
By providing access to business accounts, platforms, websites, domains, or third-party tools, the client authorizes Summit Path Systems to make approved updates, integrations, configurations, and changes necessary to provide the agreed services.
Summit Path Systems will only access client accounts for business purposes related to the services being provided.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to grant access to all accounts and systems provided.
5. Payments and Billing
Clients agree to pay all setup fees, monthly fees, usage fees, and other charges associated with the selected services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Setup fees are due before implementation begins.
Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis.
Subscription services continue until canceled according to the cancellation terms.
Third-party usage fees may be billed separately.
Late or failed payments may result in paused services.
All pricing will be listed in the client invoice, proposal, checkout page, or service agreement.
6. Setup Fees
Setup fees cover initial configuration, workflow setup, CRM customization, integrations, onboarding, and related implementation work.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Monthly Services
Monthly services may include system access, workflow maintenance, automation support, reporting, communication tools, and ongoing optimization depending on the selected package.
Monthly services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled according to these Terms or a separate signed agreement.
8. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
Clients may cancel monthly services by providing written notice to:
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing date.
No refunds will be issued for partial months of service already provided.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Fees
Summit Path Systems may use third-party platforms and tools to provide services.
These may include:

Stripe
Email service providers
SMS providers
Phone and call tracking providers
AI tools
Website hosting providers
Domain registrars
Analytics platforms
Clients understand that third-party platforms may charge additional fees for usage, subscriptions, SMS messages, phone calls, email sending, AI usage, domains, hosting, or advertising.
Summit Path Systems is not responsible for third-party pricing changes, outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or platform limitations.
10. SMS, Email, and Communication Services
Summit Path Systems may configure systems that send emails, text messages, calls, reminders, notifications, or other communications on behalf of clients.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent to contact their own customers, leads, and prospects by phone, email, SMS, or other communication methods.
Clients agree not to use Summit Path Systems services for spam, unlawful marketing, misleading communications, harassment, or any prohibited content.
Text message recipients may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Email recipients should be given a clear way to unsubscribe from marketing messages when applicable.
11. A2P 10DLC and Messaging Compliance
Clients using SMS services may be required to complete A2P 10DLC registration or other carrier-required verification.
Clients agree to provide accurate business information for messaging registration, including:
Legal business name
EIN
Business address
Website
Use case information
Sample messages
Opt-in language
Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links
Summit Path Systems may assist with setup, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on carrier, platform, and regulatory review.
Clients are responsible for using messaging tools in a compliant and lawful manner.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Summit Path Systems works to improve lead management, follow-up, automation, communication, and business systems.
However, we do not guarantee:
Specific revenue increases
Specific lead volume
Specific sales results
Specific search rankings
Specific advertising results
Specific appointment volume
Specific customer responses
Specific review volume
Business results depend on many factors, including market demand, competition, client responsiveness, advertising spend, service quality, pricing, sales process, and customer experience.
13. Client Content and Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving business information, website content, messages, automations, forms, campaigns, and other materials before use.
Summit Path Systems is not responsible for inaccurate claims, outdated information, unapproved offers, incorrect pricing, or misleading content provided or approved by the client.
14. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their business information, customer data, logos, brand assets, and content provided to Summit Path Systems.
Summit Path Systems retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, workflows, automation structures, systems, methods, and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or recreate Summit Path Systems templates, workflows, systems, or service materials without written permission.
15. Client Data
Client data may include leads, contacts, customer records, messages, appointments, pipeline activity, and related business information.
Summit Path Systems may access and process client data only as necessary to provide services, troubleshoot systems, configure automations, manage reporting, and support client accounts.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights and permissions to collect, upload, store, and communicate with their own customer and lead data.
16. Confidentiality
Both Summit Path Systems and the client agree to keep confidential information private.
Confidential information may include:
Login credentials
Business strategy
Customer data
Pricing
Internal processes
Sales information
Private communications
Proprietary systems
Confidential information will not be shared except as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or operate approved third-party systems.
17. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the Summit Path Systems website.
Prohibited activity includes:

Using the website for unlawful purposes

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Path Systems from claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from:
Client-provided content
Client misuse of services
Failure to obtain proper customer consent
Violation of laws or regulations
Misleading claims or offers
Unauthorized access granted by the client
Improper use of SMS, email, phone, AI, or automation tools
20. Service Availability
Summit Path Systems strives to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, CRM systems, automations, messaging, email, phone systems, or third-party platforms.
Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, carrier restrictions, internet outages, or third-party provider problems.
21. Changes to Services
Summit Path Systems may update, modify, improve, or discontinue certain services, features, workflows, or tools as business needs, platform changes, or client requirements evolve.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes that affect their services.
